The International Protection Appeals Tribunal Letter Publication

The International Protection Appeals Tribunal began conducting remote hearings by way of Audio-Video (AV) link in November 2020. On 15 February 2021, Chairperson Hilkka Becker wrote to all solicitors whose clients currently have appeals pending before the Tribunal to update them on the current situation.
